This equipped apartment has sleeping accommodation for up to 4 people. There is a large entry with cupboards,leading to one large room, lounge /dinning / kitchen with 4 ring gas hob, mini oven , toaster, and Kettle. The sleeping arrangements comprise of a double and a single cupboard bed and single bed in the main room. Large bath/toilet room, and a large window looking up at Mt Blanc around 32 m2 in total. Situated on the first floor of a " le Vallee residence" on the back road to Les Praz.

Mont Blanc studio is on route des Praz, the extension of the main road, 420 meters from the shopping area. This quiet first floor flat is south facing catching the day's sun, great views of Mont Blanc and the Aguille du Midi. Private parking is found at the front door and the bus stop is at the end of the drive. A 10-minute walk in ski gear up a steep hill to the Brévent ski area. Private Parking outside house.
