This simple ground floor studio has sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people. On entry there storage space and overhead storage. Alcove kitchen views to les Drus, dishwasher, 2-plate electric hob, mini oven and is equipped for 8 people. The lounge/dining/sleeping room table, chairs, two double sofa beds and bunk beds. A sliding screen can separate off a sleeping area. French doors leading onto a large terrace with views up the valley to the Drus. There is a separate minimal shower/WC. Locker on the same floor down the corridor.

Situated on the ground floor of the Francotel complex rue des Pècles, (opposite les Ferme apartment same building as the mountain apt) facing the Brevent ski area.

Route des Pècles is an extension of the main road, 20 meters from the vagabond (the old Brevet bar. 350 Meters to the Cham Sud bus stop. A 10-minute walk in ski gear up a steep hill to the Brévent ski area.
