This fully equipped studio has sleeping accommodation for up to 3 people with double sofa bed and a single bunk contained in living /dinning room. Separate kitchen equipped for 4,on entry to the apartment, with duel electric hob, mini oven, kettle and toaster. Next to the kitchen, is the shower/toilet room, and a large balcony, around 19 m2 in total. Situated on the first floor with a cellar down stairs for storage of skis etc.

The apartment block "Les Periades" is conveniently located on the entrance to Chamonix just after the Planard ski area. Walking from the central train station, Les Periades is behind the Hotel Albert Prémiere hotel, 250 meters from the train station, 60 meters from the nearest bus stop. The apartment faces up the valley, and has a great view of "Les Dru's" and the fields below (the main road is on the other side) There is a parking at the back or at peak periods just on the road below 20 meters.
