Chalet du Vallon Situated in the heart of old Meribel
Village, 2 minutes walk from the chairlift, Chalet du Vallon is the
ultimate in comfort and luxury. Meribel is located in the heart of the
three valleys, the world’s largest ski area. Chalet du Vallon is a newly
built eight-bed deluxe chalet combining modern comforts and traditional
alpine charm.
We are here to reduce your hassle on holiday so you can truly relax
andmaximise your time on the slopes. We can organise your transfers,
skipasses, ski hire, ski lessons, childcare and après ski activities
beforeyour arrival so that you can switch in to holiday mode the moment
youarrive. All you need to do is organise your flights.
As an independent operator with experienced staff we understand what it
takes to ensure your holiday is a relaxed, pampered, stress free stay.
With a spacious and comfortable living area at the heart of the chalet,
take time to sit back, relax and enjoy a glass of wine whilst looking at
the stunning views across the valley - all from the luxury of a
comfortable sofa and in front of a roaring log fire.
There is a separate entertainment room to ensure that the living area
remains an oasis of calm. All rooms are en-suite with big plush
comfortable beds. Rooms can be made into either twins or doubles, at your
request. In addition to our great cuisine we also offer a complimentary
bar including beer, wine, soft drinks and tea and coffee.
YOUR STAY
Returning at the end of a hard days ski, take time to indulge in the
steam room or we can organise a massage or beauty treatments on site (48
hours notice), all to make your holiday more pampered. Sit in front of
the log fire in the spacious living area or curl up in the entertainment
room and watch a favourite movie. Enjoy tea and cake laid out for you in
the chalet and of course there is the option of après ski at the local
bars with live music, what ever takes your fancy.
THE FOOD
Start your day with a hearty home cooked a la carte breakfast before
hitting the slopes. Why not let us book you into a restaurant for lunch
so you don’t have to wait for a table to help maximise your time on the
slopes.
Canapés and drinks are usually served about 7.30pm followed by a five
course dinner at 8pm; dining times are not rigid and can be altered to
suit your needs.
There is nothing like a day on the slopes for your appetite to return,
even after a big lunch! We offer a varied menu, we include some excellent
favourites along side some more traditional French cuisine and there is
also a Savoyard night to really experience that local feel!
If the enjoyment of cuisine plays an important part of your holiday we
can recommend restaurants for lunch and book them for you. Many of the
popular mountain restaurants are booked in advance so we suggest making
reservations. Also, on the chalet staff night off we can help select a
restaurant to suit your tastes.
Dietary requirements can be catered for in the chalet, please notify us
upon booking.
