We are sure you will be delighted and pleasantly surprised by the
spacious and stunning location of our charming Ste Foy ski chalets. They
have been designed in a traditional Savoyard style, purpose built for
skiing with your comfort as a priority. They are well equipped with
plenty of bathrooms and hot water, boot heaters as standard and all
chosen for their ski-in location and short walking distance to the
restaurants, bars and shops. Chalet Helene is a fully catered ski
chalet.
Chalet Helene
Chalet Helene is a ground floor luxury chalet, situated just a
stone's throw from the first chair lift, local restaurant and bars. It is
truly a 'ski-in ski-out' residence. The chalet was completed 2 years ago
and is thoughtfully designed and tastefully decorated to include
everything required for you to relax after a hard day on the slopes.
With over 150 sqm, there is lots of space! The large lounge boasts a
truly magnificent, uninterrupted view of Mont Pourri through vast French
windows and the natural wood and stone finish give a very welcoming feel.
It is perfect for evenings in where you can cosy up in front of one of
the latest DVD's, enjoy satellite TV or listen to music. If you really
want to relax, the chalet has the added luxury of a sauna to help ease
any aching limbs
Chaet Helene sleeps a maximum 10 guests. The 4 bedrooms each have
private bathroom facilities and with 2 huge hot water tanks there is
plenty of hot water for everyone. There are 3 twin rooms and one
master/double room which also has a sofa bed. There is abundant hanging
and storage space as well as under floor heatingto keep you cosy at night
and at the rear of the property, a private entrance leads directly to the
slopes and bars. Boot heaters, ski lockers and plenty of space to hang
your ski jackets will add to your comfort and convenience.
The Food
We believe that quality catering is a crucial aspect of a ski chalet
holiday experience. That's why from start to finish, we aim to exceed
your expectations and cater for every individual requirement.
To start your day, you will be offered a hearty cooked breakfast of bacon
and eggs, freshly baked croissants and breads, a selection of jams,
cereals, yoghurts, fresh orange juice and a choice of teas or coffee. As
well as wakening the senses, this should keep you fully charged until
lunch.
You will be welcomed back to your chalet by the inviting aroma of freshly
baked cakes or cookies and your chalet host will have laid everything out
for tea - all you have to do is switch on the kettle!
And the best is yet to come! On your first evening you will be welcomed
with a glass of Kir Royale and mouth-watering canapés. Each night you
will enjoy a three course evening meal followed by a selection of local
cheeses or fruit and coffee with petit fours will be served in the
lounge. The meal is complemented by a selection of Savoyard wines chosen
by a local sommelier to ensure you receive the very best this region has
to offer.
Once a week, you will have the chance to sample the local cuisine when
your chalet host will have a well-deserved rest day. There are an amazing
variety of restaurants in the local area so just ask your chalet host for
some recommendations. You're in for a treat !
