We are sure you will be delighted and pleasantly surprised by the
spacious and stunning location of our charming Ste Foy ski chalets. They
have been designed in a traditional Savoyard style, purpose built for
skiing with your comfort as a priority. They are well equipped with
plenty of bathrooms and hot water, boot heaters as standard and all
chosen for their ski-in location and short walking distance to the
restaurants, bars and shops. Chalet Ambiance is a fully catered ski
chalet.
Chalet Ambiance
Chalet Ambiance offers a high standard of accommodation right in
the heart of the resort ideal for groups or families. It's excellent
location and proximity to the slopes makes it the perfect base for your
holiday.
It has been built to exceptionally high standards and retains much of the
character of a traditional Savoyard chalet complete with log fire. It
sleeps 8-10 people with four bedrooms and a sofa bed. The chalet can
be rented together with the ground floor apartment to accommodate 12-15
people in total. Due to popular demand this chalet & apartment are also
available on a self catered basis so please ask for prices.
The chalet has two double bedrooms, both en suite, and two twins with a
shared bathroom and an additional separate toilet. Most bedrooms have
mountain views and all have ample cupboard space. The open plan living
area has plenty of comfortable seating around the log fireplace and is
equipped with a TV, VCR and CD player plus basic Sky TV. Large French
windows open out onto the balcony, which is the perfect place to relax
with a drink after a hard day on the slopes and enjoy the spectacular
views across the valley to Mont Pourri and its glacier.
The dining area has a large table with seating for 12 people and there is
a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave & washing
machine.
Chalet Ambiance is less than 150m from the main lift and centre of the
resort, and it is possible to board or ski right back to the door
(subject to snow conditions). There is free parking adjacent to the
chalet.

The Food
We believe that quality catering is a crucial aspect of a ski chalet
holiday experience. That's why from start to finish, we aim to exceed
your expectations and cater for every individual requirement.
To start your day, you will be offered a hearty cooked breakfast of bacon
and eggs, freshly baked croissants and breads, a selection of jams,
cereals, yoghurts, fresh orange juice and a choice of teas or coffee. As
well as wakening the senses, this should keep you fully charged until
lunch.
You will be welcomed back to your chalet by the inviting aroma of freshly
baked cakes or cookies and your chalet host will have laid everything out
for tea - all you have to do is switch on the kettle!
And the best is yet to come! On your first evening you will be welcomed
with a glass of Kir Royale and mouth-watering canapés. Each night you
will enjoy a three course evening meal followed by a selection of local
cheeses or fruit and coffee with petit fours will be served in the
lounge. The meal is complemented by a selection of Savoyard wines chosen
by a local sommelier to ensure you receive the very best this region has
to offer.
Once a week, you will have the chance to sample the local cuisine when
your chalet host will have a well-deserved rest day. There are an amazing
variety of restaurants in the local area so just ask your chalet host for
some recommendations. You're in for a treat !
