In a modern residence right in the heart of Chamonix, Michel Croz A is a superb spacious 2 bedroom apartment, with a lofty wooden interior and simply magnificent views of Mont Blanc from both balconies.

The chalet has been renovated to a very high standard and the wooden interior has been developed by a local Savoyard tradesman and is of a fabulous standard. With the heart of Chamonix under a minute's walk away - this apartment is an ideal location.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized oven, four-ring halogen hob, dishwasher, extractor fan, fridge-freezer and plenty of cupboard storage full of utensils and a breakfast bar. The lounge has a comfortable sofa plus ample seating around a wooden dining table, a rug to sit on plus pictures, shelves and hooks. There is also a flat screen TV, plus a CD/ DVD player.

The large French window opens on to a magnificent balcony with unrestricted views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe and 2 bedside tables plus French windows opening up on to a private balcony with the same fabulous view as in the lounge. With binoculars you can watch people summit Mont Blanc from lying in bed! Bedroom 2 has a magnificent set of fully hand made full size bunk beds with ample storage underneath. Both bedrooms also have shelves and hooks. The brand new large bathroom has a shower, full size basin, and plenty of cupboards, plus a separate WC. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
