Chalet Foxtrot is nestles in the attractive Chatelard area of Val
d'Isere next to its larger neighbour Chalet
Echo.
Foxtrot is a very comfortable chalet and sleeps 8 in four bedrooms, it is
perfect for small groups or families who want a relaxed holiday in quiet
surroundings.
Work has been done on the chalet during the summer and new
bathrooms and a shower room have been installed on the first floor.
The chalet now offers an excellent combination of four bedrooms, three
bathrooms and a shower room plus a good sized lounge/dining room. Chalet
Foxtrot has a Wifi connection.
Access to the ski slopes is very good and the town centre is a fifteen
minute walk or a very short taxi ride away. The "Train Vert" (part of the
Val d'Isere free bus service) also runs frequently during the day to the
edge of town and the nursery slopes.

Please wear indoor shoes/ slippers in the chalet
Skiing form the chalet: In the morning a flattish walk of about
150 metres takes you to a gentle downhill path on which you can ski to
the Solaise nursery slopes and main lifts.
To return to the chalet competent skiers and snowboarders can ski back to
within about 100 meters of the chalet. Less competent skiers can traverse
from the top of the Rogoney nursery chair leaving them with approximately
a 200 metre walk to the chalet.
Alternatively, anyone can jump on the free shuttle bus which connects Le
Chatelard with the edge of the nursery slopes.
The Food
Breakfast is provided every morning and consists of tea, coffee, fruit
juice, porridge, muesli, cereal, yoghurts, various combinations of: eggs,
bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, etc., plus bread, jam and
honey.
Afternoon tea is prepared and left out for you to help yourself after
your skiing or snowboarding, and consists of tea, coffee, hot chocolate,
bread, jams, etc., plus homemade cake or biscuits or scones.
Dinner, normally served around eight o'clock, is a superb three course
meal plus cheese accompanied by good quality red and white wine with
coffee and tea to finish.
