At Chalet Pascal and Carving our aim is to provide delicious home cooked cuisine with a French touch, using as much fresh local and seasonal produce as possible.

Breakfast: Big British Breakfasts! - bacon, eggs (as you like them), tomatoes, mushrooms etc, with cereals, yoghurts, locally baked croissants, served with freshly ground coffee, teas and refreshing juices.

Afternoon tea: Cakes, tarts & gateaux made by Thierry's mum, Colette, the renowned local patisserie chef.

Dinner: A 4 course evening meal with wine around the open log fire.

Speciality evenings with a choice of pierrade (meat cooked on hot rocks), fondue bourguignonne, tartiflette, cheese fondue, beignets de pommes de terre and many other savoyarde favourites.

At Chalet Pascal we focus on each individual's or group's food requirements and as such cater for all dietary needs; vegan, vegetarian, gluten & dairy free, nut allergies etc..
