Chalet Bergerie
La Bergerie is located on the site of an old "Bergerie" or Shepherd's
Hut, and has been built with many of the original features in mind. The
chalet is entered through the bottom floor, where there is plenty of
space to leave your skis and boots, and from whence you walk up into this
cosy and homely property.
Chalet Bergerie sleeps 10 guests. On the first floor there are three
bedrooms, two with ensuite shower rooms, and the third with a private
shower room located just across the corridor. Each bedroom has twin, or
large double beds, and their ambiance is accentuated by traditional
wooden features.
The second floor, has two further bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom and
the second with shower room shared with a small single room ideal for a
young child), and the open plan living dining room. With high vaulted
ceilings and large south facing windows this room is light and airy, yet
maintains a cosy atmosphere.
With a TV room on a mezzanine floor there is
room for guests to spread out a bit yet not feel too removed from each
other, and with a hot tub on the balcony the chalet maintains a very
homely feel.
The nursery slopes of Val d'Isere are a short walk from the front door of
the property, and there is an on-call driver service throughout the day
to take you down to the shops, bars and restaurants in the resort.
Please note that there is staff accommodation attached to this chalet.

The Food
Our ethos is to provide good, healthy food made with fresh produce; and a
menu that is innovative, appetising and varied.
The day starts with tea in bed. Breakfast is a plentiful mixture of
choice, from cereals and yoghurts, to croissants and cooked breakfasts
with a constant supply of fruit juices, teas and coffees.
On return from the slopes a tea of cake, scones and breads awaits you by
a roaring fire.
Dinner is an unrushed and leisurely affair, with 4 courses of starter,
main course, cheese board and dessert, each night a different menu, and
with dishes tailored to your particular likes and requirements.
Each of our chefs are hand picked for their passion and flair, and will
ensure that all your meals are above and beyond your expectations.

Prices exclude flights and transfers - but these can be arranged
