Chalet Christina The chalet is situated in the hamlet of
Musillon at the entrance to Meribel Centre and has excellent access to
Meribel’s central restaurants and nightlife.
Recently redecorated, this Chalet retains many of the rustic features
of the 200 year old converted Savoyarde farmhouse, and is distinguished
by the professional and personal service provided to the guests. Chalet
Christina is open all the year round.
There is a free ski bus is available in the winter season and
we provide a courtesy mini bus service for guests to the
ski areas. The nearest public bus stop is only 1 minute walk from the chalet and
a two minute ride to Chaudanne and the ski lifts.
Chalet Christina has eight comfortable well appointed double and twin
rooms sleeping 16 guests comfortably but will take a maximum of
18. All the rooms have en-suite facilities, some with balconies with
views over the valley and the village.
In addition to the comfortable lounge and spacious dining room
another feature is the balcony or deck and the 'hot tub' where guests
can relax after an enjoyable day in the mountains.
Room 1: Large Twin under Eaves, room for one extra adult bed or two
child beds (under 12’s) - en-suite shower with WC.
Room 2: Large Double room with private balcony (space for cot) -
en-suite bath with shower attachment and WC.
Room 3: Single room under eaves with small skylight window room for
small put up bed (ideally suited to a child) - en-suite bath with
shower attachment and
WC.
Room 4: Small Double with shared balcony (no storage) - en-suite shower
and WC.
Room 5: Double room with shared balcony - en-suite shower and WC.
Room 6: Twin room - en-suite shower and WC.
Room 7: Large Double with private balcony (space for cot) - en-suite
shower and WC.
Room 8: Small twin - en-suite shower and WC.
N.B Double rooms can be converted to twins if required for group
bookings. Rooms 1 & 3 can accommodate an extra fold down bed ideally
for children.
The Food
The menus feature regional specialties and modern cooking using locally
sourced fresh produce.
Special diets and vegetarian options can be provided on request.
Tea and Coffee is brought to your bedside each morning.
Breakfasts are buffet style based on a continental breakfast with a
freshly cooked English option.
Afternoon tea is served with a selection of pastries and cakes.
Dinner is proceeded by canapes and the three course dinner 'le menu' is
served with the house table wine or soft drinks.
Tea and coffee is made available to guests as required.
