The prices in the table
left are for the whole chalet which accommodates up to 16.
The chalet may accommodate an additional 4 guests at £500 per
person.
These prices exclude the cost of catering/cuisine (as described
in this
web site) and transport to Meribel.

PRICES & BOOKING PROCEDURES
Please note that we price the holiday in £UK, but only accept
payment in Euros.
If your chosen week is available we will give you an
option of approximately 7 days when you have time to discuss
arrangements with other members of your party.

PAYMENT TERMS
To secure a booking we require a deposit of 25% of the cost of
the chalet price with the booking form, provided that this is
more than 6 months away, and 50% if less than 6 months away.
A further 25% is to be paid within 3 months of the holiday start
date taking the total deposit to 75% of the chalet price.
The final balance namely 25% must be paid 6 weeks before
holiday start date.
It is only on receipt of this that a contract between you
and chalet Genepi exists. Once the booking fee is received we
will send you a confirmation invoice.
We recommend that guests take out cancellation insurance for
their holiday.
