The town of la Clusaz is a charming Savoyarde
resort in Haute Savoie only an hour from Geneva airport. For those
who like their skiing and snowboarding to be quiet and peaceful and don't
want a long transfer, then this is the place. The snowboarding is
excellent, and the area has a reputation for some of the best parapenting
in the Alps. Beginners are especially well catered for and for those who
want to get away from it all, la Clusaz fits the bill.
Within an hour of Geneva and only 30 minutes from
the TGV train connection at Annecy, la Clusaz gives speedy access for
short break skiers and long week end ski breaks.
